Registration can be done online until April 1, 2025. After this date only on-site registration is possible.
Terms of payment
Payment must be made in Euros when registering. Based on your registration in the system, you will be sent a confirmation together with a payment note about the services ordered. The amount has to be settled by bank transfer by the deadline mentioned on the payment note.
Cancellations and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent to: itc2025@altagra.hu
If cancellation request is received by February 20th, 2025, the full payment will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of 50€. If cancellation request is received by March 25th, 2025, 50% of the full payment will be refunded minus bank charges.
No refunds can be made for cancellations after March 25th , 2025
Please note that due to organizational reasons, all refunds will only be processed after the meeting.
Liability and insurance
Neither the organizers, nor the meeting secretariat or other suppliers accept liability for any injury, loss or damage, arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of the congress. Kindly check your personal insurance.
