Dean’s Home Budapest

Dean’s Home Budapest is located about 20 minutes by foot from the conference venue and also close to the city center in the 9^th district of Budapest. The hotel is near the M3 blue metro line underground station (Klinikák metro stop). The hotel offers spacious rooms with desk, kitchenette and balcony option, 24/7 gym, self-service laundry, and on-site shopping (Spar) and dining facilities. The hotel has its own green courtyard and rooftop terrace as well as parks and restaurants in the vicinity.

In case of any cancellation within 14 days prior arrival, the hotel is entitled to charge the guest 100% of the ordered services.

TRIBE Hotel is 16 km (10 miles) away from Liszt Ferenc Budapest Airport and located right next door to one of the main international bus coaches (Népliget) as well as right at an important junctions of Budapest, close to the metro station and 6 stops away from downtown by underground. Beside the bar and restaurant, the hotel has a rooftop bar, fitness suite and running track.

TRIBE Budapest Stadium is 1,2 km (0,7 miles) away from the Semmelweis University conference site. By the M3 blue metro the conference site is only one stop away, about 10 minutes.

Located halfway between Liszt Ferenc Budapest Airport and the city center in the heart of Budapest’s 9^th district in a quiet friendly neighborhood, but only 3 metro stops away from downtown. Just around the corner of Leonardo Hotel there is a nice park as well as there are many restaurants and wine bars, cafés in its vicinity.

Leonardo Hotel Budapest is 1,7 km (1,05 miles) away from the Semmelweis University conference site. By M3 blue metro line it is about 15 minutes, 2 stops.

Cancellation policy:

Reservation may be cancelled 14 days before arrival until 6.00 pm (local hotel time) without cancellation charge. For cancellation between 13 – 00 days prior arrival, the hotel is entitled to charge the guest 100% of the ordered services.

Hotel Millenium***

Hotel Millennium is located 10 minutes away by foot from the conference’s site along Üllői road, the main street connecting Liszt Ferenc International Airport with downtown Budapest. The city center can be accessed in about 20 minutes by metro.

Hotel Millenium is 550 m (0,3 mile) away from the conference site Semmelweis University.

Rooms are preferably to be booked until the 15^th of February or until the conference allocated rooms are available. Please note that the special rates are applied only for booking minimum 2 nights. After the 15^th of February we cannot guarantee available rooms at the contracted rates for the event.

Cancellation policy:

Reservation may be cancelled 30 days before arrival without cancellation charge. Between 30-7 days the hotel is entitled to charge the guest 50% of the ordered services. In case of no show or cancellation within 7 days the hotel is entitled to charge the guest 100% of the ordered services.

Limited parking: Available for 9 EUR/day/car at the parking lot of the hotel.
